We always recommend treating our teak furniture with a high-quality teak sealer or stain before assembling the bench. Thus, we guarantee the best protection from the elements such as sun and rain. It is best to use a transparent matte cover to best retain the colour. Always apply it to the underside as a test before treating the whole product. This prevents a possible unwanted colour effect. For this we recommend Rubio Monocoat Hybrid Wood Protector or Teak Wonder Teak Sealer.Is the lounge bench easy to assemble?The bench comes disassembled in a sturdy box and is easy to assemble. The bench consists of 7 separate parts and is mounted on both sides with 12 stainless steel socket head bolts, which are included in the delivery. An Allen key is included.
